This Refund Policy outlines when refunds, exchanges, or store credit may be provided by LYVIIA , in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Change of Mind Returns (14 Days)
We accept change-of-mind return requests within 14 days of delivery, only if all of the following conditions are met:
• The item is unused
• The item is in original condition
• The item is returned in original packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Approved change-of-mind returns are eligible for store credit or an exchange only.
Refunds are not provided for change-of-mind returns.

Items Not Eligible for Refunds
The following are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges:
Incorrect size ordered
Comfort, support, or personal fit preferences
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by use, washing, or misuse
• Items worn outside or tested for extended periods
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size using our size guide prior to ordering.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
• Clear photos or video evidence
• Your order number
If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as required under the Australian Consumer Law.

Manufacturing Faults
If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
This does not include issues related to sizing, comfort, or general wear and tear.

Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
These rights apply independently of this Refund Policy.
